Course Overview

The BA LLB (Hons) (5 Years) syllabus has a distinct objective to equip the students with knowledge, skills and attitude to empower the students who shall be capable of successfully meeting the present requirements and conquer the future challenges. Galgotias University Law Admission Test (GU-LAT)
(To Apply in GU-LAT 2017 Student need to have min. 50% aggregate at XII level)

Note: Applicants with valid scores of CLAT or LSAT will be given preference

The students should also satisfy the conditions regarding minimum marks and age as prescribed by the Bar Council of India and physical fitness as may be prescribed by the Academic Council of the University.

Eligibility Criteria for Foreign Students for Five Years BA LLB (H) Integrated Programme

The foreign students shall meet one of the eligibility conditions outlined below:
  • GCE Examination of UK with pass grades in five subjects at the Ordinary level ('O' level) and two subjects at the advanced level ('A' level).
  • High School Certificate Examination, University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate, UK.
  • International Baccalaureate Examination of Geneva.
  • High School Graduation from an accredited institution of USA.
  • 12 years High School – Grade 12 pass from the accredited institutions of Canada.
  • 12 years High School Graduation / Certificate of approved Board Schools of China, Thailand, Indonesia, Bhutan, Syria, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, UAE and other Gulf Countries.
  • 12 years Secondary stage qualifications of National Examination Board / Council of Ministry of Education of Kenya, Nigeria, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda.
  • High School Certificate (HSC) and Cambridge School Certificate ('A' level) from the accredited institution of Mauritius.
  • Any other criteria specified by the Academic Council.
